At L.A. COLORS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
